This fundraiser is dedicated to building a small Masjid within a rural area in India where there is a need for one.
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘Whoever constructs a masjid for Allah, Allah will construct a house for him in Paradise’. (Bukhari)
Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity) is one of the most beautiful ways to benefit our deceased.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that is benefited from, or a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim)
YOUR contribution, will carry everlasting reward for you and the deceased in the Hereafter. Your participation in this worthy cause will also give you a share of the reward for EVERY ruku, sajdah and any learning at the masjid!
As the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his Sadaqah.” (Tirmidhi)
Your donation will ensure that marhoom Ashraf’s legacy of kindness and genorosity lives on, and will bring relief to those who struggle daily to have a masjid to pray in within close proximity of their homes.
